First Things First

First Things First Scripture: 1 Chronicles 6:31-32 One of the most impressive sights in the Christian faith is to walk into a church and experience the love of God, the Anointing of God, and the order of God in the service. At the same time, experiencing the opposite can be disappointing. In this passage of scripture, we find the house of the Lord being set in order. But, not until the ark had rest. We can’t be in such a hurry to shout that we forget to be sensitive to the Anointing of God. Why, because it is the Anointing that brings meaning and depth to the shout. We can’t get in such a hurry to be set in positions that we miss the Anointing. In verse 32, the Bible tells us that they ministered and waited on their office according to their order. When we as believers find our place in the church and minister in that place and in order, then God will take each of us to a higher level.
