Healing – God’s Will For Our Lives  When it comes to healing, everyone has an opinion. Well, I have learned to simply believe what the Word of God says concerning healing. The following is a collection of scriptures and points that really ministered to me when I was in need of God’s healing in my body.  Do you believe God can heal you? (Matthew 9:27-31)  Unbelief hinders receiving from God. (Matthew 21:22, James 5:15)  God heals all our diseases. (Psalm 103:1-3) If God said it, He will fulfill it!  Healing is a fulfillment of God’s Word. (Matthew 8:16-17) If God said it, He will fulfill it! Christ bore all our sicknesses and diseases on the Cross. (Isaiah 53:3-5) Because He bore them, we don’t have to. Sickness can be the result of sin but not always. (Matthew 9:1-7, John 9:1-3) It is never too late for God to heal you. (Matthew 9:20) The woman had the issue of blood for 12 years. God doesn’t overlook one to heal another. (Matthew 9:18-25) Jesus has and gives us authority over all manners of sickness and disease. (Matthew 10:1) Healing is free. (Matthew 10:8) Healing is for everyone. (Matthew 15:29-31) The devil brings sickness. (Matthew 17:14-20) Healing draws other to Christ. (Mark 3:7-10) Your healing is a part of your witness. (John 9:1-31) Unbelief hinders healing. (Mark 6:4-6) We have to be able to receive from our family and others. It would be a shame to miss your healing because you couldn’t believe God could use the vessel He chose. Jesus is so confident of His unending ability to heal that He is shocked when we doubt Him. We can rebuke sickness in Jesus Name and command it to leave. (Luke 4:39-41) Healing power comes through the Name of Jesus. (Luke 6:19) Because we are in Christ, His healing power abides in us. Healing should cause us to focus on the Healer. (Luke 7:21-23) There are spirits of sickness. (Luke 13:11-16) The spirit of infirmity brings bondage.  Just as sickness brings bondage, others placing you in bondage can block your healing.(Luke 13:14-16) Religious bondage and myths can cause you to linger for your healing. (John 5:1-16) God can be glorified from deliverance and from sickness. (John 11:4) Healing comes from God, not man. (Acts 14:8-18) Call upon the elders in faith. (James 5:14-15) These are just a few of the many scriptures the Lord gave to us to let us know that He is fully able to do just what His work said He would do. I pray that you meditate on these and continue to dig for others in the Word of God.
