For Such a Time As This – Part II Scripture: Esther 4:14 Have you ever wondered why God will elevate someone around you to do something you have a burden to do? Have you ever wondered why God will use others to do what you knew He told you to do? Well, that’s what tends to happen when we refuse to step forward into the work the Lord has told us to do. As Mordecai told Esther in Esther 4:14, walking in God’s purpose for your life is serious business. You see, God allowed her to be positioned in the king’s house for a purpose. Not to sit idly, not to hide from the responsibility of her calling, but to step forward and intercede for her people. But, as Mordecai made clear, if she did not, God would provide another means of deliverance. You are here in the earth for a reason. God is not a God of wasted parts and pieces. However, He is not going to allow your disobedience to hold up the move of God forever. So, make up your mind today. Are you going to allow Him to use you or will He need to raise up another and remove your covering? Esther’s choice was step forward or see her and her father’s house destroyed. What is your decision?
