Scripture Passage: Genesis 6:7-9 KJV  And the LORD said, “ I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth Me that I have made them.”  But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. These are the generations of Noah; Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked in God.

The beauty of having a relationship with God is enjoying His love, protection, and counsel.  One of the areas that is seldom discussed is what it means to walk with God. In order for a believer to walk with God, it is a sacrifice.  It requires one to do whatever is necessary to stay connected, in sync, linked to, and in agreement with God’s Will and His ways. To walk with God, it requires believers to make adjustments in order to keep the relationship mutually beneficial for both God and the individual.

It is a choice for a believer to walk with God.  We must choose to follow and go in the same direction that God is going.  As believers, we will lose the approval of some and perhaps some things we held deer.  However, the result can be becoming more intimately attached to God. We can know Him in on a deeper level as our God, our friend, and our Creator.  That relationship will only happen when one chooses to walk with God.
