Scripture Passage: James 5:16 KJV  Confess your faults one to another and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Don’t stop praying for those that you love. They may have accepted Christ, but are behaving as if they have not. Don’t turn your backs on them or renounce their salvation–pray for them. They belong to God whether they act like it or not. We have to protect our brothers and sisters in prayer. We are family and we cannot disown our own.

We have to call those things that be not as though they were. We have to look at them with spiritual eyes and see them as God sees them. We have to speak the Word over their lives and pray God’s grace until they come to themselves and realize and understand who they are.

Someone prayed for you, even when you were not praying for yourself. Wrap your arms around Kingdom citizens, don’t lock them out emotionally or stop praying for them because you are tired and can’t see any visible changes in them. Remember that one plants, another waters, but it is God that gives the increase. Continue to do your part and fervently pray.
