Scripture Passage: John 3:3 KJV  Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

When we have accepted Christ as our Savior, we are born into the kingdom of God.  We have recognized that we are not strong enough to do it all because sometimes we get weak. It is only in that weakness that we can surrender to the power that is greater than us. That power can only be found in Jesus.

We can’t go to heaven because someone else wants us to. We gain a place in heaven when we accept Jesus and are obedient to His guidance for our lives. The prayers of family and friends have protected many of us us until we surrendered to God. Despite what they saw us do or heard us say, they believed that we would eventually become a part of the Kingdom of God. We are blessed to be so loved.

Share that love with someone. Pray that they come into the knowledge of Christ as their savior and take it a step further. Continue to pray for them once they join the family–that’s when they need it most.
