Scripture Passage: Joshua 1:14 KJV Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
Belonging to a community can be a powerful thing if that community operates with a “common unity”.
Communities are typically made up of people with various life experiences, backgrounds and means. Yet, for the community to be effective, these individuals have to know how to work together for the betterment of everyone. This is the same in the Body of Christ. Because your family may have “arrived” at your place of destiny and fulfillment, you should not rest until everyone in your community has found theirs. We should be willing to show up and support the advancement of others as if it was our own. Why, because we are a part of the Lord’s community of believers.
Are your prayers centered around you and what you have or do you intercede for others to possess their promised land? Just remember that you did not get where you are on your own. Sometimes, your neighbor is on the verge of their breakthrough but just need your help.
