Scripture Reference: Zec 4:10 KJV  For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

A tragic mistake that is often made underestimating a person or a work being done through a person.  Sadly enough, it happens more than you and I may realize. While people may say that they believe in you and are behind you, they often do not believe that your vision or efforts will ever amount to anything other than big talk.

While you are not responsible for how others see the work God has assigned to your hands, you are responsible for how you approach it.  If you accept the seeds of doubt offered by others, fear caused by past failures, or just simply stop believing because it seems you are nowhere close to accomplishing the work, you will rob yourself and the world of the impact God purposed you to make.

No matter where things are today, remember that your starting place is not always indicative of your ending place.  Stay faithful to your assignment and remember that big things often start small.
